Longest interview process I've ever experienced. 1st/6th Interview: HR Representative 2nd/3rd/4th Interviews: Hiring Manager & Senior Directors 5th Interview: Group Presentation of Business Plan Normal questions about background. Senior Directors didn't seem engaged. Didn't seem to read CV or Business Plan. Hiring manager and HR conversations were very engaging. Very little feedback or direction was ever offered during the lengthy 3 month process. No member was ever very fourth-coming about where I was at in the decision-making process or about company specifics. Just kept moving forward with appointments.
