The interview was pretty cut and dry. Met with the HR manager, production manager and the shift supervisors. I applied online for the position and received a call from HR with instructions on how to accept the offer and when and where to be at the facility. They gave an overview of the company and what they do, asked basic interview question and took all candidates on a facility tour. It took a few weeks to get the job offer but once that was complete everything moved pretty quick
