Clear instructions were provided by email. I was asked to fill out a Predictive Index Assessment, which I thought was pretty interesting.
The interview was held in person at the Watts HQ in North Andover. I walked in the door, checked in with the receptionist, was asked to enter the conference room behind me where 1 HR rep and 3 employees from different areas of the business entered 1-by-1 over a 2-hour period. After that I was sent on my way, feeling a bit unsure about the whole process. No facilities tour and a few of the interviewers didn't seem to know much about the position.
Over the next couple days I had some phone interviews with VP/C-level execs.
Over a month later, and a handful of updates from the recruiters telling me to hang in there, I received an offer letter.
