Honestly horrible experience. I was contacted by a recruiter asking for a time to have a phone interview within that week. I gave them a time and day which they AGREED to. I then wait for my phone interview, which never happened because they ghosted me. Then another recruiter from Watts emailed me the next day to schedule another time not even apologizing for ghosting me or missing the call last time. I then again scheduled a time and finally have an interview with a recruiter. He tells me he thinks I’m a great fit for this role and will schedule an interview with the person I will be working with. Great, except when I did give interview times they again ghosted me. I stupidly responded to them again when they asked if I was available the next week and finally had my interview with this guy. He was condescending and very uppity. Tried to undermine my experiences and my skills. I can’t believe I even entertained this company. I clearly wasn’t of their liking even if I have the experience that was literally described in this role. Whatever I guess.

He emphasized a lot about V-lookup (despite job description not mentioning this) and if I knew how to use Excel. I have a certification and have used it extensively in past jobs. But I guess he didn’t like me enough to join his bros team.
