I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Watts Water Technologies (Saint Pauls, NC) in Nov 2021
Interview
Open, honest mostly discussion trying to get to know one another. Yet hurried seemed hurried and unfocused. The interviewers goal was in selling the position and location, not trying to ascertain if I was a fit for the position or not.

Question 1
How will your current employer take your departure?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Watts Water Technologies in Apr 2018
Interview
Started with an inquiry on LI and this time I immediately read the GD ratings before proceeding! Had a screen with a recruiter, with the HR rep, with the hiring manager and then the executive management. Site visit, met the team...did an individual sit down with the different key players and aligned on the strategy and direction of the organization. After a dozen interviews looking for a fit and placement with a company that has their eyes wide open, the strategy spelled out and the resources committed to achieve them it was a refreshing interview. Professional but not stuffy, highly competitive and result driven. They move quickly and know what they want.

Question 1
They thoroughly vet their applicants and the Q's came down to organizational fit. What is your management style, what is your outlook, how do you handle these common issues. I presented materials related to my past experience during the process, as well.
