The interview process consisted of taking a personality test, a phone interview and an in-person interview. The in-person interview was 4 hours long divided into four 1-hour segments. The different segments were: a coding challenge, math test (pre-calculus), one-on-one interview, and lunch. Overall it was a great interview experience and I was very impressed by WaveTronix. They really care about improving their employees through classes on teamwork, leadership, and emotional communication.
