Interview
Interviewed with the manager and assistant manager. Not difficult, but if it is your first time interviewing in general, or in a while, be prepared with answers to STAR questions and other common questions. There were a lot of STAR questions and the interview was longer than I had anticipated...between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- When was a time you made a mistake at your job and how did you go about resolving the issue?
- How would you deal with a conflict between a coworker?
- Tell me about yourself (always be prepared with what you want to say!)
It was chill they don’t expect that much from you but you just do what you’re told to do and you’ll be Alright. Good luck working for them in the future!
It was barely an interview, very easy to pass. They asked only like one question, and then started get the information to give me a job offer. They seemed really desperate.
They ask you normal questions that normal interviews ask. Just look up questions online and you should be good to go. For example a situation you dealt with a co-worker you didn’t work well with, etc.
