Interview
Typical interview process. They ask you about yourself and your work experience. They ask you about a time when you had to deal with an angry or disapproving customer and how you dealt with it and how you handled the confrontation. Then they tell you about the position and what the responsibilities would be. You’re then either hired on the spot which is what happened with me or they say that they will call you if they decide to hire you.

The interview was easy. But the manager asked me why I was trying to get a job while 32 weeks pregnant, which isn't very respectful or ethical. That being said the questions were your typical "availability " "work experience "
