Very professional, thoughtful and would stay connected with updates. Long process with many interviews at all levels. Interviewers rank you and based on response if you are appropriate. Big emphasis on a culture of we do it differently
It was a lengthy process that included one video interview, a design test, and then an in person interview with at least 3 different individuals. It was a thorough interview primarily for culture fit, but the design task itself wasn't too difficult.

Questions ranged from very technical ones, to culture fit questions.
Quick to respond to application and set up phone interview. Woman was nice on phone, asked general questions about capabilities. Too hard a push IMO to know my current salary. I asked for low end of standard salary for industry position and was told they couldn't come close. Seems much less than competitive pay. Left call expecting I wouldn't get an offer due to salary.
