Extremely ridiculous-over 10 interviews and extremely non transparent process is borderline criminal, spent excessive amount of time talking to idiots and at the end gave a stupid reason of not having managerial experience which was known from the begining and from the first interview. The process is a good reflection of company's performance in stock market
