Wayfair Instructional Designer Sales and Service interview questions

I applied for the Instructional Designer position in Berlin. This position was listed way back in Sept or Oct 18. They still haven't filled it. I had a 30-minute phone interview with HR and then a Skype interview with two managers. The Skype interview wasn't well structured. The interviewers were in separate locations, and I felt they didn't coordinate with each other on what they precisely needed in the position. I got the feeling they wanted the entire toolbox of skills for next to nothing in salary.
