1. Phone interview 2. Skype interview - case study focusing on a current case at Wayfair. Walk them through your thought process, pretty basic. One retail math question. 3. In person- 4 interviews including case study. Very similar to first case study. Retail math question starting with the answer and working your way back. Focusing mostly on conversion rates and graphs. Overall, if you can think through problems in a retail context you will be fine. Just know basic retail math formulas (conversion rate, profits, revenue, etc.). They will ask you about specific scenarios from your past jobs, use specific examples of how you were able to solve a problem. Every is very nice and relaxed, interviews should feel very conversational.
