I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Sep 2018
Interview
Online assessment (mini business case and short sql case), then a skype interview with another case and finally a final 3 round onsite interview (behavioral, a case, and a math case where you have to explain the business purpose for different equations). Overall the interview process was fairly straight forward and standard for this type of company/position.
However THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR YOUR INTERVIEW EXPENSES if you are coming from out of town. I was assured that all my out of pocket expenses would be covered (i.e. uber/taxi, food for the weekend, etc.) but I have gotten no response from the HR coordinator since my interview and submitting my reimbursement form. I've reached out a few times now and have not gotten a response at all. Maybe I dodged a bullet not getting this job. I would NOT want to work for a company that lies to their interviewees about being reimbursed for interview expenses.

Question 1
Why are you looking to leave your current position?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
First applied online, then an online assessment will be sent via email, then video interview, then on-site interview in their office. My suggestion is bringing your own food and water if you have on-site interview with them.
I am still in the process. The very first response after my application was a codility challenge with 4 tasks: sql, easy algorithm, business logic question and analysis of excel spreadsheet. After that I was scheduled to have a phone call with a HR: nothing special, just walk through the resume. The next step is video interview with a business case and If I succeed with it - an on-site interview.

Question 1
Codility: sql, algorithm in any language you choose, two open questions related to business logic and analysis of excel spreadsheet
The entire process has been very smooth and procedural so far. My first round was a set of questions which had a time limit and I could do it at home. The second round was with a BI Analyst for which she asked a few questions and a case study.

Question 1
The case study was about physical catalog marketing. One of the questions was how to track the performance of such a campaign?
