I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
Applied through university's job board. Got an invitation to a first round video interview on Google Hangouts that involved a few quick intro questions and then a case. Two days later I got an invite to the second round interview on site in Boston, which was scheduled for about two weeks later. That interview consisted of a tour of the office and then two interviews with two different team members, one asked for some behavioral and scenario questions, and the other was a case. This was a bit confusing as I had been told there would be three sections. I was then sent to wait in the waiting area with the other candidates thinking we'd be called in for the third part, but we were then told thank you for coming and that we'd hear back within a week with the decision either way. After a week and two days passed I hadn't heard from them, so I reached out to the HR rep that I had been in contact with just to check in. She responded that this is an extremely busy time for them and that she'll check in with the team again to see if they had a decision. We went back and forth like this every two weeks or so for about two months. Finally the HR rep responded to me saying that she's not the one who makes the decision and can't give me any more answers. I wasn't really sure who to contact after that, so I've pretty much given up any hope although I would have appreciated some feedback about how I did in the interview.

4 x 45 min interviews back to back with various team members. One a role play, one a maths test, other two more competency based. Very intense and felt excessive.
