Such a poor experience, I'll no longer even support Wayfair as a customer. Rookie recruiters, who do not respect a working professional's time, call you late and ask the same questions, talk too much and go past the scheduled time. Weeks after I applied for a job I was highly qualified for I was finally contacted. Had a phone "screen" that took 40 minutes, only to learn the position I applied for had been filled and they'd been talking with me about a lower level job the whole time that I wasn't interested in. Recruiter called me back a few days later to see if I'd take less money for a different, but higher level job and set me up with another recruiter. Deja vu. Another newbie recruiter called me late, asked the same questions, talked too much, and then tried repeatedly to get me to disclose confidential customer information regarding my current company. As if that wasn't enough she said the jobs I was interested in were no longer available and tried to talk me into joining Wayfair in a lower level, taking a pay cut, because they might have growth potential in a year. Although I made it clear I was open to relocation for a lateral move equal to the management position I was already in, I was told they were all filled. 30 days later they are all still posted. I was told the next step would be a phone interview with a different person and then an interview at a site, but here it is weeks later and nothing. I'm not disappointed because I felt I'd just be wasting my time again. Also, from reading the company reviews, I think I dodged a bullet.
