Interview
Video interview was horrible, interviewer proceeded with interview knowing that there were tech issues preventing him from clearly hearing me. Interviewer based his decision on 5 questions that barely even pertained to the position I applied for

Interview with hiring manager and then panel interview. HR will then reach out with details of the offer. The entire process is slow and can take multiple months to complete hiring.
Meet with way too many people, all who asked me the same questions. I didn't get to ask questions, the cases they have are way too long and cumbersome to be done well in a 45 mins interview.
