I was reached out to by what I assume was a hiring manager or HR rep, she never gave me a title. Set up a phone interview for later in the week, which she cancelled via email less than 10 minutes before the call. Asked if we could reschedule. I said yes and responded with my availability for the next week. No answer the next 4 days. Followed up and asked if any of the times I laid out worked, ended up scheduling a time for two days later. She never called, I never heard from her via email again, and I would never want to work for a company that does business like that, so I'm no longer considering any of their roles. Not a good look for someone's first contact with the company, might want to look into that.
