I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (New York, NY)
Interview
The questions were exactly what my past experiences had been . It was easy to see I would be a fit and knew I could be an asset but unfortunately as the reviews show, they are not willing to pay for that expertise and experience. It doesn't seem as though 95% of their workforce are over 25 as well which I can see for parts of E-commerce tech needs but there are many more positions that need leaders who can grow this era into the future leaders this world needs. I see the potential the company has but it seems to try to hard to "make friends" with the younger generation rather than to mold them with standards and expectations. It seems you want to replicate Google but try learning how they successfully did so and still maintained a fun environment.

Question 1
The typical "Tell me a time you did something great..."
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Wayfair (Perris, CA) in May 2018
Interview
The team seemed to be very inexperienced, unprofessional, lacked interpersonal skills. At the time of the offer it turned out to be an argument and instead of welcoming it felt like a competition

Question 1
There was really straightforward nothing that if you have experience you would not be able to answer.
