Interview
I had an initial phone screen interview, 3 individually scheduled interviews, and then 4 consecutive interviews within a 2 hour period. I was then flown to Wayfair's new call center in Springfield, Or for a site visit and 9th interview. I was impressed by the recruiter's prompt responses after each interview and they made the next steps known each step of the way.
I'm not sure after 9 interviews and a site visit why I didn't receive an offer as it's Wayfair's policy not to share any feedback regarding their decision on whether they make an offer or not, which is understandably frustrating. I would have expected that a company of Wayfair's caliber would be able to determine that they would not be making an offer long before they waste a candidate's time going through 9 interviews and spending 2 days flying back and forth for a mere 2-hour site visit. I had also received an email stating that I would be reimbursed for my expenses during the trip (Which is typical), however, I never did receive an email to set up the account to do so. So just beware that your trip expenses may end up being out of pocket if they determine not to make you an offer. Other than the fact that I had to cover trip expenses and wasted hours and days of time, the interview process itself was good.

Interview
First I got a call from the recruiter. She asked me just a few questions about my background and my salary expectations. She then said I was moving to the next round and that was scheduled for 2 days later. It was a google meet interview of 30 minutes. She asked me only 3 questions, I thought it didn't go well and that the manager was not really paying attention to me, but about an hour later I got a call from the recruiter that she would like to send me to the next round and that it would be a panel interview and that it would take about 2 and half hours. I have to say the recruiter was very nice and helpful and she wanted me to do well. She sent a lot of information and some tips for the interview. The panel interview was with 4 people and 1 assesement. They kinda asked me the same queestions. It was behavioral questions. Tell me about a time...
They do move really quickly and don't make you wait. The whole process took about 1 week. I just think that 6 interviews are just too much. I did not get the role and the recruiter called me to inform me. I appreciated that she just didn't send an email.
