Interview
A recruiter sent a feeler email asking if I would be interested in talking to someone from their HR team. (It was an email template.)
I replied yes, then the recruiter responded with a calendar link to find a time to chat with a different recruiter.
Finally I talked to a real person. I was asked normal questions about citizenship status, etc. We discussed the company and the different types of teams, how salary is structured, etc. I was asked to discuss on one of my last projects. I told them I never received a job description. The recruiter said to go to their careers page and find one.
Ultimately, they did not pursue my candidacy but they sent a no-reply email to inform me of this. Since I got a direct email from a recruiter inviting me to apply, I expected they would send another direct email at the end of the process, even if they chose not to pursue my candidacy. It was on the basis of their direct outreach that I applied at all.
The process was pretty standard. In-house recruiter screening, first interview with the hiring manager, portfolio review meeting, and a final round that consists of 4 different interviews. The recruiter walked me through every step of the process, which was helpful.

A recruiter reached out to enter my interview availability twice this year. Both times the recruiter did not schedule an interview. I even followed up a few times. Terrible etiquette in my opinion.

It was a great interview. The people working there are great. But I have no idea why I got rejected. One thing I did not like is there interview system of keeping one after the other.
