3 steps . Pre recorded video interview,assessment and final interview with manager. Pre recorded was quite simple answering questions to answer regarding customer experience. Then on to an assessment one you passed that. Answering questions on personality etc. Then the final interview with manager who was very friendly and easy to speak with. Felt more like a chat than an interview!
