Initial phone interview (30min)
Standard screening interview — the interviewer was friendly and asked several questions that were insightful into my experience.
I had the opportunity to ask a few questions myself to find out more about the culture and day to day job activities. After the phone interview I realised that this wasn't the role for me and politely declined to proceed.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin) in Sep 2019
