2 rounds of phone call, 5 rounds of interviews onsite. Process can be slow, questions aren't too hard. Interviewers seems genuinely interested in learning about the candidate. The onsite interviews went well and the recruiter asked about the timeline of my job search and any competing offers. They promised to expedite the consideration. However, after 3 follow up emails (last 2 went unanswered) in 4 weeks, I still haven't heard anything from them. This is the most unprofessional process I've encountered during my job search. Certainly I would not, nor would I recommend anyone else, interview with Wayfair.
