I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin) in Nov 2019
Interview
1. Email to inform I will move forward to the first round. They asked about available days and time for the first interview.
2. Two weeks after, HR confirmed the day and time for the interview and by who I will be interviewed
3. Google meet interview (remote) with a manager. She asked situational questions such as "what would you if..." all related to the position. She wanted to know all about the abilities I developed during my last working experience and how I would use them for this new position.
4. Another email came two weeks after to inform about next round and again asking for available days and time
5. Onsite/Panel interview. I went to the offices and had 4 interviews with different managers. It was an intense morning (9-1pm aprox) in which I was asked more or less the same questions by the 4 managers. They made it challenging and one must be very focused
6. Never got any notification that I was not selected, they never answered my emails.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Brain teaser (study and practice as much as possible from books/internet)
Case study: inventories for a season (day to day work for the position)
Questions: motivational (why working here?), situational (what would you do to reduce overstock?), experience-related (explain what you did in past jobs, how you dealt with problems, how you showed leadership...)
