Interview
In person phone screen followed by a video conference interview with the hiring manager. Was told they like to move quickly and that the entire process should take 2-3 weeks at the maximum. I was asked to come on site for a round of in person interviews (hiring manager + 2 others). This was followed by being asked to complete a case and then fly back to Boston for a 2nd in person round (hiring manager + 2 others). All in the process took nearly 2 months.
The interview process took over 2 months but was offered the position after multiple rounds of interviews. There was a case study but I’ve heard they’re moving away from these
Interview with hiring manager and then panel interview. HR will then reach out with details of the offer. The entire process is slow and can take multiple months to complete hiring.
Meet with way too many people, all who asked me the same questions. I didn't get to ask questions, the cases they have are way too long and cumbersome to be done well in a 45 mins interview.
