The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Nov 2019
Interview
Began with 30 min phone interview with a recruiter asking about my experience. Moved to 1 hr video interview with engineer comprised of brief questions about my experience and a case study about supply chain. Moved to on site interview with 6X 30 min one on one interviews. Again, simple background questions, nothing technical. Was moved onto the final on-site warehouse experience interview, but the job Wayfair instituted a hiring freeze before I was able to set up my travel. This ended the interview process
