2 interviews. First one over video chat with a straightforward business case. They asked a few behavioral questions before starting the case. Then the Super Day was in the office with 3 interviews. One of them behavioral, one of them a business case, and another more of a walk-through brainstorming session of a typical problem the position would need to address.
the first round is the video interview with a case.
the case is about the three delivery policies.

Zoom interview. Ask about delivery price change questions. There are three delivery methods, assemble, indoor and outdoor. What are the advantages and disadvantages of getting rid of the assemble method? Change the assemble price and calculate.
