The recruiter reached out to me and had an initial call which was followed by the phone interview with the hiring manager. After which there was an onsite interview with several members. Finally, I was asked to have an additional video interview with the skip-level boss.

Hiring Manager was nice, however he had 10 reqs and couldn't really articulate what the job responsibilities were. I still think it's a great company and benefits sound competitive.

It seemed a bit disjointed and ill prepared to have someone engage in the interview process. Disappointing to say the least. I had hoped that there would be more substance to the preparation.

Overall pleasant experience. HM started off by describing his team, his career, and details of the role. Fairly casual conversation. HM did not follow a set pattern of standard interview questions but was going off my response to the previous question.
