Got a referral in from a friend, and had a phone screen with a recruiter that lasted 30 minutes. Discussed 2 different roles but she felt I was a better fit for Site Merchandising vs Category Management. Had another phone screen with her a week later. After that, a 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager. Then finally I got brought in for 5 hours of interviews where I met with over 8 people, often in groups of 2. There was a visual test, as well as an analytics test that we talked through. 90% of the people were very polite and nice and obviously smart. 10% were rude and dismissive. I was nervous but must have done well as got the offer the next day.
