Pretty easy. Simple math questions on work hours and time in the day. They first have an HR person walk you around the office and try to get you to see how cool it is with all the TVs and sofas and ping pong. Then they show you all the snacks. A manager will interview you and ask about your previous employment history, why you want to leave, why Wayfair. It's a sales job so be very salesy and talk a lot about customer service and how you love people. Remember, this is furniture sales so it is not what one may think.. be ready to talk about that.
