      All Wayfair Interviews start out with the recruiter interview. Afterwards, there was a an interview with the Hiring Manager. She said yes, then there's a case study. Once you pass the case study, there's a panel interview with 3-4 headings: We Drive Results, We Win Together, We Are Always Improving. The subparts are We Drive Results Relentless Customer Focus Deliver Results With Agility Use Good Judgment We Win Together Build the Best Team Collaborate Effectively Respect Others We Are Always Improving Be an Owner Innovate & Improve Adapt & Grow
