I met with the recruiter who was really nice and organized. She set me up to have a Zoom meeting with the 2 hiring managers. She told me they would as me certain questions, etc.. Problem is they didn't ask those questions. Then I was unprepared for what they did ask me. I was misdirected. They also wanted me to talk about strategy. I felt like they were asking for ideas before actually hiring me.
