I was referred. Organised a date for online interview. This was arrived at in short notice, then cancelled, then rearranged. The interview was hampered by technology problems. The tone suggested the problem was on my side. The interviewer was courteous and had manners. The conversation was fine, if somewhat cliched. She seemed slightly offended when I spoke about things that I thought I could help improve.
