I submitted my resume on Wayfair's site, I was contacted by a recruiter via email. I scheduled a phone interview and we discussed my qualifications. I was contacted 2 days later by a supervisor in the Service Dept. I was called 1 week later to offer me the position.

I went through the entire process and assessment. I did good far as I could see, and I had a good resume, I still did not get the position. It seems like It would be a good opportunity, but you would need to be next to perfect to get chosen for the position.
