Interview
HR contacted via LinkedIn. Had HR call, HR sounded disinterested and would talk too fast to keep up, like reading a script. Moved forward to Karat Video interviews. scheduled a video interview, was assigned a interviewer which changed on the day of interview. Video interview has lengthy questions where most time goes in the interviewer just reading the question whole. you have 2 mins per question to answer. Coding task was LC easy-medium (follow up). Coded both. never got feedback. got a survey for interview experience which gives coupons on completion for their own website. WOW!!
Overall felt a waste of time.
Also the disinterested HR didn't even knew when my Karat interview happened.

SD questions and coding LC easy-medium. Karat interviewing system lags multiple times in the process of interview. Felt giving like giving interview to a robot.
passed initial screening, was given a game home hackerrank interview assessment that was similar to a leetcode mediums. very specific set of problem I was not able to answer. I was then ghosted by the company without a formal rejection.

there are 3 rounds:
1 leetcode online assessment round
1 recruiter call round ask about back ground and personal information
1 hour long technical VO round
1 30 min long manager BQ round
3 Interviews. One automated leet code style interview. The next was a technical interview. The final was a personality interview. All interviews went well and were quite positive but was ghosted after the final one.
