Interview
Super convoluted interview process. It is never clear on what they doing. The recruiters would ghost you and suddenly reappear to tell you that they hired someone else while you are still interviewing for the role and a lame excuse that this is standard way of hiring at Wayfair.
And you might apply for a role on their careers page but you might be interviewed and offered for something else and that can happen mid interviewing. Pretty crazy if you ask me as a candidate it seems extremely unfair and you don’t know what they are looking for.
Would not recommend Wayfair to others in future.
Went very well. The interviewee asked a lot of situational questions on what to expect in a work place environment. the whole interview took about 30 to 45 minutes in total. Did not feel like that at all during the interview process.
