The interviewer put me at ease instantly with her friendly approachable manner, which is sometimes difficult to achieve over web interviews. She asked all the relevant questions about my work history and family life.

Interview
I had to fill in a questionnaire form with Indeed first which gave scenarios and you had to choose the correct answer you would give while talking to a customer.
I then was asked to attend a video call interview and I found this really good and informative, they made me feel comfortable and gave me lots of information too about the role and hours.
