Honestly the beginning stage with the HR recruiter was great. Super nice, clear next steps, very responsive. I moved to the hiring manager interview 30 min phone call which was also great. Then moved to the 1 hour Case study... The beginning was fine, general situational questions and a question with a bar graph. We then moved to quantitative section where no calculators are allowed... I had to calculate things like the ROI if you changed x variable from a data set. I ended up having to do long division by hand... Then multiply some ridiculous number like $1,927,500 x $250,000 on scratch paper. Why are they testing me like I'm in the 7th grade? I get the case study but in what world would I not be using Excel or a calculator to analyze this data? If you want to be tested like you're in grade school and given a low salary (especially for Boston), this is the company for you.
