I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wayfair (New Delhi) in Feb 2023
Interview
It was a pretty lengthy interview process. I found someone on LinkedIn to refer me and so I managed to get interviews lined up for me. 1) Video call with Recruiter. Just a discussion about roles, salary and interview rounds. 2)Call with Hiring Manager. Where he asks everything starting from your 10th class result till the last worked company. Any gaps, any personal reason for leaving everything. The one who interviewed me looked overworked and sleepy but the interview went on for an hour. 3) Call with the future manager 4) Call with a recruiter. It was very basic and she made me super comfortable. 5) An assignment (Very easy) Basically they shared the 2 days calendar of various interviewers and recruiter and I had to quickly schedule interview for the candidate based on their availability. It was more like an Executive assistant assignment than for a coordinator as they just wanted to check calendar management. The interview was easy, however they wanted to hear everything within their box and I got rejected because I have more campus scheduling experience than the day to day experience. I have 1.5 years of Campus experience and 3 years of Lateral experience. Don't know what the hiring manager was checking for an hour because now I feel he was not listening to me at all. Absolutely the worst feedback I have ever gotten!!
