Seriously question their candidate selection process. Applied on-line to a position appropriate to my level of expertise. Aside from the standard required voluntary questions, the only required question pertained to the years of education. Found it odd that I almost immediately received a "no interest" system generated email. No one reviewed my qualifications. Excluded because of my age?? Makes me wonder.
