I applied through University in January. You can also apply online. Got a call from the recruiter after 2 months. She asked if I am interested in the opportunity. Then she called again after 2 months in April asking me to visit the plant to get some overview. I visited the Plant. Great process but I belong to a technical field. I refused to accept the offer as there was no learning for me. For operations and food process people, Its a great place to learn.
