I had 2 phone interviews (first with HR and then with the hiring manager) and over the course of one afternoon had four 30/45 minute in-person interviews with various employees. The concept is great and gives the candidate an excellent grasp on the company culture. I was offered the position in May of this year, with the stipulation that the start date would have to be in August, as they were waiting on contracted work to come in. I had such a positive experience that I decided to sign the offer and spent all of June and July eagerly waiting to join the company.
One week before my start date I received a call that my offer had been rescinded due to company reorganization. While this unfortunately happens, the timeline of how this was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. I completed nearly 4 hours of required online training and even joined the company for lunch at the office a week before the rescind.
I expressed my disappointment to HR and received a call back stating they were apologetic and assured me they also laid off employees during the reorganization. I appreciated the sentiment and apology, but cannot recommend pursuing employment at this company.

Question 1
Why do you think you will be a valuable asset to axialHealthcare?
The interview process was fairly lengthy. The process involved a phone screen, an online assessment, and an interview with two managers. Therefore, the interview process was robust, yet was one of the more tedious I have encountered.

Question 1
Explain a situation where a I had to make split second decision.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayspring in Sep 2023
Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews, 2 personality test, 1 technology exam, and had to get 5 people (2 of which were previous supervisors) to fill out a questionnaire about my professionalism . I was applying for a management which would pay me less than I was making and that I was over qualified for in my opinion. I was told I didn't get the job because there was someone more qualified (please note I'm dually licensed and neither license was required for this position). The recruiter encouraged me to apply for another position because the decision was "so close" I decided to swallow my pride and apply for an entry level position.
They made me go through the whole process yet again to and me a rejection letter.
I really thought this company would be a place where they could recognize good, motivated and experienced professionals but it doesn't seem like that's the case.
