I applied online. I interviewed at Wayspring (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2024
Interview
While interviewing for my position at Wayspring I initially had a phone interview with Anna in HR, who was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, courteous and professional. After our conversation I received a call, the following day letting me know that they would like me to do a teams/ video interview with Toni who is the senior manager of member outreach. I was ecstatic but nervous at the same time. Once I met and started speaking to Toni my nerves were immediately put to ease. She was extremely comforting, easy going and just explained to me in further detail what my role would be if I were offered the position. She asked me to share my experiences in different positions that might be relative to my role at Wayspring. By the end of that interview, I felt as if I had known Toni for years. She was exceptional and extremely friendly. Two days after my second meeting I got a call stating that I had made it to the third and final round of interviews and that I would be meeting with Cindy, who is also a manager of member outreach via teams. Again, ecstatic but this time extremely nervous because this is the final one. While interviewing with Cindy I was again immediately put at ease. She let me know to be myself and that there are no right or wrong answers. She was detailed in explaining more about my role without making me feel overwhelmed. Cindy was super friendly, and I couldn't be more grateful to have had the opportunity to interview and now work with such an amazing team and group of people.
