The interview process was several rounds of phone calls, a video call, and an in person interview. It was intensive and thorough but not unpleasant. There were also aptitude tests, background checks, and drug tests.

Had an initial interview with an HR recruiter that went well and then a follow up with the lead therapist. Most of the questions centered around why Im passionate about this work and my career goals.
