Had a phone screen with a junior recruiter and then CRICKETS! Not a sound except the empty buzz of crickets in a lonely field. Please, I know you meet so many people but a DING email is just plain basic recruiting etiquette. You really should have hired me because the first thing I would have done was to teach the recruiters how to recruit! It has been months and nothing in spite of my asking them to send a ding letter.
