Interview
I applied online and three days later HR reached out to schedule a Zoom interview. The interview was very basic and the questions were about my technology/software marketing background. I was told I would hear back in the next two days regarding next steps. After a week I sent a follow up email, with no response. I sent a second email 3 days later, also with no response. The company ghosted me. No response, even it's a "we decided to go with another candidate." For this level of position, this is extremely unprofessional.

Walk me through your software/technology marketing background.
A Series of Zoom interviews where panels of 5 - 6 individuals ask questions and interview you at once. I did 3 sets of interviews with the organization. AFter those 3 interviews, I sent my emails and did my follow-up only to be ghosted by my contact and HR. It wasn't until 3 weeks after when I sent my final email thanking them they let me know they moved forward with someone with more legal experience.
