I had two phone interviews with the recruiter - one that was approx. 10 minutes and the second was 30 minutes. The questions mainly were surrounding getting to know me and going through my resume. After learning more about me, the recruiter ended up recommending I interview for a position I did not apply for initially. The final interview was with two managers. The interview felt very informal and relaxed - more like a conversation than an interview. I was offered a job the next day. All in all, the process took 2 weeks at most. I declined because the pay was low and the job didn't feel like a good fit, but I found the whole experience very pleasant and everyone I encountered was very warm and welcoming.
