1. Phone Screen with TA 2. Zoom Screen with TA 3. Zoom Screen with VP 4. In person interview with 4 Directors - 2 at a time. (about 2 hours total) and tour of the office. 5. Offer Call with TA I went for the Sales Manager role, but I believe they are looking for people with a lot of experience in recruiting or management for that role. I was offered the Billing Sales Manager role. This role requires recruiting and managing about 2 direct reports at the same time.
