Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter after applying online. After a few conversations with her I was then moved forward in the process and invited into the office for an interview in person. I met with the direct manager as well as several VP's. After that I was extended an offer about a week later. I accepted and then attended training in Salt Lake City for 1 week prior to training in the office in FL.

Interview
It's has changed since my time but there is an orientation meeting after the corporate recruiters select final candidates. Then groups of managers are assigned to interview candidates and make final judgements. Candidates that are accepted are flown to CHG headquarters in salt lake city, Utah for one week of intense training. All expenses paid and a $150 is given to each new hire for their trip. Once returned to the office, consultants will review for another 4 weeks before touching a phone. Training continues quarterly for the next year or more by various support trainers.
