      Field Representative Interview

      Jun 20, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weatherford (Houston, TX) in Aug 2012

      Interview

Three interviews, mostly just conversation form. Met with HR, then the hiring manager and then a third party within the company. Then once the offer came then accepted, went through a drug screening and background check, then that was it.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you want to work here? Do you have any hands on experience? Are you willing to travel over 50% of the time? Are you willing to get your hands dirty and work long hours during the training phase?
